Danny Weiss Studio has been photographing weddings and events worldwide for 20 years. On my 30th birthday, my wife enrolled me in a photography class at a college in Los Angeles. I was instantly hooked. Before that, I spent 10 years as a professional actor. When I began, photography didn’t feel very different from acting; I was still telling stories, still giving my uniquely personal view of the world.
I started out doing mostly portraits, often for artists. From the beginning, I have found there is one lightning bolt moment when I am certain I have the shot I have been going for. When I am shooting a wedding, I find 1,000 of those moments—some funny, some joyous, some sexy... The truth is, I am enchanted with documenting the wedding story. I am looking forward to knowing yours.
