Erin and Amir had one of those weddings filled with lots of energy! They have a great group of friends and family that kept them laughing, dancing and shedding tears of joy all night long. I’ve gotten to know many of their family and friends as I also photographed Erin’s sister’s wedding several months later (check back for that post next). It’s a funny job I have. I enter into a family’s life for one of the most important and memorable days of their history and then oftentimes don’t get to see them again for several years (until their babies start coming). Looking back at Erin and Amir’s wedding (which was last summer, see blog-cation post below), gave me the warm and fuzzies and brought back lots of fun memories. I consider myself very lucky to do the kind of work I do.
We hit the streets of Tribeca before heading over to The Light House for the ceremony and reception.
Roman, second shooter extraordinaire, was with me all day.

This would be considered, waaaaaay after. A year later to be exact. I loved shooting Steph and Michaels wedding and it was great to spend some more time with them…next time for the babies..no pressure guys :)

Kat and Nader were urban elegance at its finest. I loved shooting at The Carlton, a great, unique space.
It was great to shoot in the streets and hang with Kat and Nader and their friends. Check out Nader’s dance moves below!

A special Thank You to a certain Aussie photographer who asked to remain nameless, but gave me this awesome camera! Here are a few frames of my first roll playing with this wonderful camera.
My oldest son and my dad out in Montauk being very much themselves:
