Mei and Gene had a wonderful intimate wedding at The Lighthouse. Yup you guessed it faithful readers, it was my second wedding in as many weeks at The Lighthouse.  I work at many venues and I have to say there is something unique about this space. Great vibe in the main room with awesome views and excellent surrounding areas for the portraits.  If you are reading this and have not picked a venue, definitely check it out.I LOVE any tradition that is added to a ceremony. Mei and Gene went all out with a particularly fun tradition. See below:           

Cathy and Daniel started their day early (7am) at the one and only Lighthouse  in NYC. It might have been early, but the light was perfect and even though Cathy was a bit cold (ok, freezing) we were able to get some amazing portraits and then back to the Lighthouse for the ceremony and dancing to a New Orleans Jazz band. Now you may see a Google theme down below, that is in honor of Daniel working there…I’m figuring he can punch a couple of numbers and I can be rated above Paris Hilton on Google :)              

They always say you have to suffer for your art. I guess that means clients too. It started cold and just got colder..Hopefully their wedding at the Fountainhead will dip above 30 :)        

Christine and Tom channeled all their passion for life and poured it into what can be called nothing short of a STUNNING wedding. They transformed the Glenn Island Harbour Club into a fantasy wedding. Of course, Joan from Setting the Scene was a big part of that and did an excellent job!

Now in truth, Christine might have had a wedding JUST to buy some more shoes :) Thanks to Roman for second shooting for me and always great to work with the one and only, Long Island’s finest Ray from Timeless Films.

Kaitlin and Michael wanted to do their engagement shoot in this photographer’s favorite borough…BKLYN. Next year they are gonna rock it at the Liberty House.       

Natasha and James had a wonderful wedding, went on their honeymoon and just could not get enough of me :0). So we met up to do a “Day After” shoot. Great fun without the pressure of a wedding day timeline or fear of keeping the white dress, well, white…

Tracy and Ryan braved the cold and the night to run around DUMBO with me chasing what little light was left in the sky:

WOW!!!! Liz and Andy had a wedding that was so stunning it stopped me in my tracks for a second to take it all in. Now I know that whenever I work with Platinum Weddings superstar Tina and her team from Oh So Fab the wedding is going to look top notch. Add to that a super stylish and more importantly totally in love couple and it becomes one of those magical days. But wait, I’m not done. Add two adorable sons and grandparents that are head over heels for them and THEN it transcends to a goosebumps kind of day.
