I had Brooklyn based and all around “rock star” wedding videographers, ROCKMELON come out and document my antics while I was out shooting in one of my favorite places on earth, Coney Island. My dad grew up there, I have spent many a long run training for the New York City Marathon there and I might have even spent a little time “under the boardwalk.”
To me, Coney Island is frozen in time. Part 30’s and part 70’s. When I think of Brooklyn, it’s the first place I think of.
A big thanks to Julee for rockin’ it in the dress, Desiree for her excellent make-up (available for weddings, I might add), Ayano for stylin’ and of course to Leyda for putting together this most awesome video:

He is getting so big….sigh.

I felt smart just walking around Princeton! Daniel and Cathy met at Princeton and wanted to go back for their engagement shoot. Little did they know they would be going for a swim at the end of it!!!
Here ya go guys:

Here is the view from the back, what we fell in love with…

Right now Christina and Tom are laying under the sun in beautiful Hawaii. The engagement shoot was three days before the wedding, a first for me :)

Now you are going to look at these images and you might think how lucky Jessie and Jonathan were to have such wonderful weather and indeed they did. But when I tell you Christine and I basically swam over to the Ritz where Jessie was getting ready it is no exaggeration. It was not raining it was POURING.
But miraculously, the weather changed, the sun showed up and not only where we able to hit up the the Meat Packing district for their kick ass urban portraits, Jessie & Jonathan had the most beautiful ceremony outdoors!
Battery Gardens is now added to my admittedly growing list of favorite venues. Thanks to Roman for his great work! And to those crazy folk over at RockMelon… Rob you make me want to shave my head…
