We have been trying to get this engagement session done FOREVER. But I am real glad we waited. First off Ira and George looked great! The weather was PERFECT and since spring has sprung, yours truly was in an extra good mood. I am working tirelessly behind the scenes to get a guest album done for their wedding next month at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens and promise to post the design for all to see shortly.

But I could not resist posting a couple of the many amazing images we captured. By the way, Ira spotted the only tree in Central Park that started to bloom, glad she did!!!:

Well I ain’t gonna lie to you, it sure feeds the ego when your work is published. I love the image they choose from Eric and Teresa’s wedding to go along with a story The Knot wrote about playlists at a wedding. On newsstands now:

Ok, I need to come clean here…I was VERY nervous shooting Kathleen and Atom’s engagement pictures. They are both photographers and while it is totally flattering when another photographer admires your work enough to want you to document their wedding, it was a bit nerve wracking too!

Luckily, it was an easy breezy shoot and who knew that two photographers can be such hams in front of the camera? They are getting married at the W New York – Union Square next month. We have a lot of time set aside to roam the city and do portraits, so can’t wait to rock it out.

Okay, I can’t wait to launch the site! I’m having so much fun shooting these, and Emily was great to photograph. Adorable!

Kristy and Darren were two of my most awesome-est wedding clients, who are now enjoying this very little package that the ahem, stork dropped on their doorstep two months ago. It really is a special treat to re-visit clients and continue to work with them as their life together takes on so much meaning.

Hudson, by the way, was a total pro:
