Cloverfield..

January 29th, 2008

Cloverfield has to be the WORST movie I have ever seen…EVER.

Don’t waste your time or money. I plan on billing the film company for the time wasted :)

Breanne and Michael, 21 Club

January 25th, 2008

Who would have ever guessed that on 12/29 the weather would be so warm! Breanne and Michael hit the wedding lottery that day. I woke up and was shocked to hear it would be in the 50’s. It was great news all around because we had a limo and an hour to shoot all around NYC. We ended up mostly by Columbus Circle and really enjoyed the energy of everyone being out and about. After the portraits we headed to the famous 21 club for the reception. Check out the fun cake shot I grabbed.

A big thank you to Scott for coming along and shooting with me for the day.

Rachel and Evan, Tarrytown

January 25th, 2008

Rachel and Evan were married at the lovely Tappan Hill up in Tarrytown. I have to admit that I get very excited whenever I work at an Abagail Kirsch venue because the true reason I became a wedding photographer is that I love cocktail hour food.

Rachel and Evan are that rare couple that are totally comfortable being affectionate with each other which makes great pictures. They have these infectious smiles that they wore the whole night.

I thought I would spice up my blog by including a slideshow, which I have not done in a looong time. Just click play

Award Winner!

January 10th, 2008

I just returned from Florida for the annual international photography convention associated with the PPA. I was so honored to find out that this image was chosen from hundreds and hundreds of others and was printed for the entire convention to see 60×40. That is LARGE. It was great to see Dana’s images this large:danajason5.jpg
